Service Return Policy

At Heartspace Art, we understand that circumstances may arise leading to the termination of the license for the creation of Artwork before its substantial completion (defined as one-half of the Artwork being completed on the building). In such cases, we believe in transparent and fair practices to address these situations.


In the event of termination, the Artist will retain payments up to 75% of the Fee ( total project cost), acknowledging the substantial time and effort invested in the project before the commencement of the painting portion of the Artwork. As our esteemed Client, you will be entitled to a refund of the additional 25% of the Fee, or alternatively, you will not be required to fulfill that 25% of the Fee.


This policy has been designed with the understanding of the commitment involved in the early stages of our creative process. Our goal is to provide a fair resolution, ensuring that both parties are treated equitably in the unfortunate event of termination before reaching one-half completion of the project.


Should more than half of the Artwork be completed, our client waives the right to refund and artist will have the right to complete the project at the artists desecration.
